Company Has Forged Partnerships With Government Offices Across 6 States
LIVERPOOL, N.Y. — Local records management company Info Quick Solutions, Inc. (IQS) is celebrating 20 years in business and continued growth throughout the Northeast.
IQS was founded in March 1999 by Bernie Owens. Owens was previously president of the largest land records service provider in the United States and has decades of experience in the industry.
The company’s first focus was scanning documents at a time when many municipalities were looking for a way to handle decades of paper records piling up in storage rooms.
In 2006, IQS launched its own software system, Solution, to digitally manage land and court records. It’s now the leading choice among New York State County Clerks.
When someone walks into a County Clerk’s Office to record a deed or mortgage, Solution handles everything from collecting fees to scanning the documents into the system—even putting them online for public access.
The work isn’t done once the software is installed. IQS provides ongoing support and consulting. Customer requests have led to custom software for pistol permits, dog licenses, absentee ballots, and other office functions.
“We’re agile and can make decisions quickly,” Owens said. “We know our customers and their day-to-day needs.”
IQS has installed more than 350 applications in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maine, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
The company is proud to employ approximately 50 people from the Central New York community.
Info Quick Solutions (IQS) makes local government more efficient, accessible, and cost-effective. IQS provides records management, indexing, and imaging services for offices in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maine, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Learn more at iqsworks.com.
