CARMEL, NY — The Putnam County Clerk’s Office is handling office operations more effectively after switching to IQS.
IQS worked closely with Hon. Michael C. Bartolotti, County Clerk, to migrate the County’s data and ensure a seamless transition.
The Solution software includes time-saving features to make it easier to complete daily tasks such as receipting, scanning, searching, and running reports.
With the SearchIQS website, it’s easier than ever for the public to look up documents without needing to go to the County Clerk’s Office.
Putnam County is also using IQS’s pistol permit management software. When a new record is created, the applicant’s photo, signature, and thumbprint are taken. Permit cards can be easily printed.
