PENN YAN, NY — IQS is pleased to be the new records management software provider for the Yates County Clerk’s Office.
IQS worked closely with Hon. Lois E. Hall, County Clerk, to migrate the County’s data and ensure a seamless transition.
The Solution software includes time-saving features to make it easier to complete daily tasks such as receipting, scanning, searching, and running reports.
The new system will help residents as well. Documents are available to search online for the first time through the SearchIQS website.
“This is a great benefit for the public, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic,” County Clerk Lois E. Hall told The Chronicle Express. “The website provides instant access to the records available in the Clerk’s office. Older records which have not been scanned into the new system, will still be available in the County Clerk’s records room.”
