ACROSS NEW YORK — IQS is helping five more New York State Counties process electronic filings through a continued partnership with the Office of Court Administration (OCA).
Fulton County, Greene County, Hamilton County, Herkimer County, and Montgomery County now accept e-filings.
E-Filing is fully integrated into the Solution records management suite. Documents filed with the New York State Unified Court System (NYSCEF) automatically come into a queue in Solution and are added to the County’s database. Users can approve or reject them without leaving the system.
More than half of New York Counties are using Solution with integrated e-filing.
